Complaints & disputes
If something's wrong, we want it in writing.
Two different problems, two clear paths: dispute the debt itself, or tell us we handled you badly. Either way a person reads it, and you get an answer in writing.
The account
Dispute the debt.
If you don't think you owe this — or not this amount — say so. Dispute within 30 days of our first notice and collection pauses while we get verification from the creditor, in writing. Later than that? Tell us anyway — we still look into it.
Or write to contact@onwardresolve.com — a dispute by email or mail counts the same.
Our conduct
Raise a complaint about us.
A call at a bad time, a message that missed our standards, a person who got it wrong — tell us what happened and when. Every complaint is logged, read by a person, and answered in writing. When we're wrong, we fix it and say so.
