Terms & Conditions
Mobile Messaging Terms
Effective September 10, 2026
These terms describe the Onward Resolution SMS Program. Our company website provides information and contact details; it does not enroll visitors in text messaging.
Program and messages
Onward Resolution may send text messages regarding the servicing and/or collection of your account or debt, including account alerts, collection notices, document requests, and customer care communications. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
Consent
For accounts placed with or transferred to Onward Resolution, we rely on consent you provided to the original creditor only where that consent permits Onward Resolution to send account-related text messages and applicable law allows us to rely on it. We use that consent only within its scope and honor withdrawal of consent.
Visiting this website, reading these terms, or contacting us does not by itself provide consent to receive text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency and costs
Message frequency varies based on account activity and your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from the program to opt out. You may receive a one-time confirmation of your request; after that, we will not send further messages from this program unless you provide new consent. You may also contact us at contact@onwardresolve.com to request that we stop texting you.
How to get help
Reply HELP for help, or email contact@onwardresolve.com. Please do not send Social Security numbers, payment details, or other sensitive personal information by text or email.
Message delivery
Delivery depends on your wireless provider and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile numbers, messaging records, and consent information.
Changes to these terms
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Updating these terms does not create or expand your consent to receive text messages.
